Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days from receipt to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted. Note that the buyer is responsible for the full return shipping cost.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Non-returnable items include (but are not limited to) regulators, CO monitors, and batteries. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not accept returns on sale items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

It is the customer's responsibility to read the manufacturers manuals and installation instructions carefully, ensure all local national building codes are met, and contact a qualified installer or tradesperson as required. Failure to do so will void all manufacturer warranties.
