Gift Card Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all Sudbury Solar Solutions Gift Cards. By purchasing, receiving, or using a Gift Card, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Gift Card Formats

Sudbury Solar Solutions Gift Cards are available in both digital and printed formats.

  • Digital Gift Cards are delivered by email after purchase through our website.
  • Printed Gift Cards are available for purchase at our Sudbury retail location.

Both formats contain a unique Gift Card code and may be redeemed online at www.sudburysolarsolutions.ca or in-store at Sudbury Solar Solutions.

2. Using Your Gift Card

  • Gift Cards may be redeemed online by entering the Gift Card code during checkout.
  • For in-store purchases, present your printed Gift Card or provide your Gift Card code at checkout.
  • If your purchase total exceeds the available Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
  • Any unused balance will remain available for future purchases until the full balance has been redeemed.

3. Gift Card Expiry & Fees

  • Gift Cards do not expire.
  • No activation, maintenance, or service fees apply.

4. Gift Card Restrictions

  • Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law.
  • Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.
  • Gift Cards may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized transactions.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Gift Cards

Treat your Gift Card or Gift Card code like cash. Sudbury Solar Solutions Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards or Gift Card codes.

6. Fraud Prevention

Sudbury Solar Solutions Inc. reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or deactivate a Gift Card if fraud, tampering, or unauthorized activity is suspected.

7. Changes to These Terms

Sudbury Solar Solutions Inc. may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our policies or to comply with applicable laws.
